Mr. Amar Patnaik (born in 1968) joined Tata Steel in 1992 after completing his MBA. He was based in India till 1998 before he moved to Germany. Mr. Patnaik continues to be based out of Hamburg and is the Global Head and Managing Director for TKM Global.

He is an alumni of the Harvard Business School having completed his Advance Management Program and an Alumni of the London Business School from where he did his Senior Executive Program.

Mr. Patnaik is a member of the Institute of Chartered Ship Broker, London.

An avid sports enthusiast, he loves long distance running and adventure sports like sky diving.
