Mr. Anand Chand is a qualified finance professional with more than 23 years of experience in India and abroad. His industry exposure includes Logistics, International Trading, Information Technology (IT) besides Engineering and Textiles.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant. He is currently working as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), TMILL (a subsidiary of Tata Steel). He joined TMILL group in November 2008. He is also responsible for the Secretarial and Legal functions of the company.

His current responsibilities include Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Audits, Bank borrowing, New business/project evaluation, Risk management, Secretarial/legal activities & Statutory compliance matter of TMILL group’s businesses i.e. Port Operation, CHA&IL, Agency, Freight Forwarding, Shipping and Marine Services.

He moved in year 2001 to Tata West Asia FZE, Dubai from Tata International Limited, Kolkata as Head- F&A and worked in Dubai for more than 7 years, where he had exposure to international trading Business of Steel, Minerals and Engineering products. In Dubai, apart from handling the financial, accounting & statutory compliance exposed to arranging the finance from international Banks, banking activities required for third country trading, business of stock & sale of steel coils, acquisition of Chrome mine in Iran for TSL, setting up branch offices in Iran, Saudi Arabia. Before moving to Dubai, he worked in Tata International Ltd., Kolkata and Bangalore.
