02 Branch Accountant

B.Com or CA (inter)

Minimum 4 Years in similar organisation

1. Preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specified deadlines.

2. Collation of annual budget for the branches in cooperation with local management.

3. Preparing Various Weekly Estimate for the branches.

4. Ensuring all sales and purchases are recorded accurately timely.

5. Preparation of quarter end accounts for the branch ensuring accuracy and adherence to specified deadlines.

6. Ensuring all billings and direct cost booking is done in a professional manner, and that accounting deadlines (particularly with regard to Month End) and objectives are being met.

7. Monitoring of debtors ledger, creditors ledger and bank accounts, ensuring these are controlled in an appropriate manner to protect the company’s assets.

8. Ensuring that cash is handled appropriately.

9. Providing local management with management information to enable them to run the branch appropriately.

10. Ensuring that the branch, adhere to procedures laid down by Internal Audit and that necessary corrective action is taken where the need is highlighted by the Internal Audit Department.

11. Ensure that the branch and business have suitable systems, processes and procedures to accurately capture all financial transactions and exert strong financial control over all business activities.

12. The branches financial and statistical performance must not only be reported accurately and promptly but in addition such performance must be analysed and reviewed with key features extracted and reported to BM/FH for attention.

13. Credit control is inextricably bound with cash management. The branch accountant must constantly review levels of credit given and taken and ensure Group/HO guidelines are achieved.

14. Audit processes provide early warning of potential problems or confirm adherence to Group/HO financial policies and procedures. Management of internal and external audits is a key responsibility of the branch accountant.

03 Customer Account Manager

Must be graduate. Prefer MBA in relevant field (Marketing, Business Development etc.)

8 to 12 years of relevant experience

1. Preparing Individual Sales Budget and Sales Forecast plan.

2. Responsible for achieving business targets.

3. Mapping business potential and identifying profitable markets/trade-lanes.

4. Providing customer support to the clients.

5. Responsible for developing relationship with clients and also retaining them.

6. Responsible for collections.

7. Maintaining of quality standards by the SLA agreements and acting upon customer expectation, survey and their feedback.
