Mr. Dipak Banerjee (born on 19th February, 1946) served as a Commercial Officer of Africa and Middle East Group of Unilever, London from 1993 to 1997. Later he served as Chairman of Unilever Uganda Ltd. until July 2000. He has 47 years of experience in the field of Mergers, Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring and Disposals, apart from Financial and Accounting area.

Mr. Banerjee is a Chartered accountant-qualified in 1970, trained with Lovelock and Lewes (now part of Price Waterhouse Coopers) and has done B. Com (Hons) from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta University.

He is also on the Board of TKM Global Logistics Limited (a subsidiary of TMILL). He is the Chairman of TMILL's Audit & NRC Committee and also a member in its CSR Committee.
