Mr. Shuji Aoki has joined TM International Logistics Limited as Non-executive Director since July 2025. He is in-charge of all business functions of Chartering, Operations, Business Planning & Strategy, Marine & Technical. After having completed his Bachelors in Economics from Kyoto University in 1999, he joined NYK Line and since then has worked in various roles at Managerial position in number of NYK Group Companies.

April1999 - Various experiences, including: Handy and Handymax Group, Auto -Project Group, Car Carrier Group including working experience in overseas such as China, Belgium and Russia.

April 2015 - 31 March 2020: Manager of Coal and Biomass team in NYK Bulk & Project

April 2020 - 31 March 2023: Deputy General Manager of BAO-NYK Shipping which is Joint Venture company between BAOWU group and NYK group in Singapore

April 2023 - 31 March 2025: Deputy General Manager, Global Mineral Resources group

April 2025 - Executive Director of Tata NYK Shipping Pte Ltd which is Joint Venture company between TATA Steel Limited and NYK group in Singapore.
