Mr. Vineet Saraf joined Tata Steel in 1997 as a Senior Officer and brings with him over 29 years of professional experience. He joined TMIL as President in April 2026 and was later appointed as Managing Director on 1st September 2026. He also serves as a Director and Chairman of International Shipping & Logistics FZE (ISL), Dubai and TKM Global Logistics Ltd and as Director on the Board of TKM China.

Mr. Saraf in his tenure in Tata Steel has worked in different capacities across functions and locations in Marketing & Sales domain. He has handled multiple roles in Tubes Division Accounts, Marketing & Sales Tubes, Tubes Division, FP - M&S Industrial Products Projects & Exports and Global Wires India.

In 2014, he was promoted as Chief (Marketing & Sales). In 2019, he was sent on deputation to M/s TSBSL. In 2021, he was appointed as COMS (Industrial Products, Projects & Export) again in the same year he was re-designated as COMS (IPPE) - Flat Products. In 2025, he was transferred as Executive-In- Charge (Global Wires-India).

Mr. Saraf is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India and is certified in Cost Accounting from The Institute of Cost and Work Accounts.
