TM International Logistics Limited (TMILL) is an enterprise having an annual group turnover in excess of 6000 million Indian rupees (approx 130 million US Dollar) and are engaged in providing logistics services to various customers. TM International logistics limited was incorporated during 2002 and is a joint venture company of Tata Steel Limited, NYK Holding (Europe) BV and IQ Martrade, Germany as its shareholders. The majority stake in the company is being held by Tata Steel Limited. While Tata Steel is one of the world’s largest steel company, IQ Martrade group, which is based in Germany, have business interests in areas of ocean shipping, terminal management and logistics services. NYK holding ( Europe) BV is a subsidiary of prestigious NYK group of Japan which is a reliable and safe global logistics integrator covering sea, earth and air. Since inception, TMILL is growing at a rapid pace and now its activities are being supported by its subsidiary companies also engaged in areas of logistics. TMILL group thus operate and offer their services through its network of companies and offices based in India as well as in Germany, Dubai and China. Further plans are on the anvil for TMILL to roll out other logistics services to its clients in future. TMILL group offers logistics services pertaining to port and terminal handling, maritime shipping, ship agency, custom clearance and freight forwarding. Our fully owned overseas company International Shipping and Logistics FZE (ISL), Jebel Ali, UAE specialises in ship operating business involving diverse dry break bulk and bulk cargoes like Urea, Rock Phosphate, Sugar, cement, clinker, and wheat, Limestone, Steel and Projects. The other wholly owned subsidiary company TKM Global Logistics Limited (TKM) looks after freight forwarding activities through its offices in India, Germany and China and its associated agency network worldwide.

TM International Logistics Limited is currently involved in running port operations activity at Ports of Haldia and Paradip at east coast of India backed by fully dedicated custom clearance and ship agency services at both ports, which ensures efficient and speedy turnaround of ships and goods of its esteemed customers. The company runs a clean dry cargo terminal at berth # 12 at Haldia which is equipped with modern handling facilities including heavy equipments, shore cranes, vast large open storage area as well as covered warehousing facility.
