Introduction

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to all data and information, including personal and sensitive personal data, made available to TM International Logistics Limited (termed as "TMILL", "we", "us", "our") by user of the TMILL corporate website (termed as "TMILL website") or by its employees, vendors, clients/customers and group or associate companies ("you" or "your"), effective from August 22, 2023.

How is minor's information handled?

The TMILL website are directed for adults and legal entities who/ which can form a legally binding contract under the applicable laws and we do not sell products/ services to the children. If you have not attained the legal age, you must not access or use the TMILL website or avail the services without the consent of your parent or guardian or their involvement. TMILL shall not be held liable for any transactions done on the services by a minor.

Severability

If the privacy laws or regulations in the country where TMILL operates or engages with an individual/entity, establishes standards that are higher than or conflict with those established under this policy, the TMILL will ensure compliance with the regulation/policy which follows stringent data protection and security controls.

Cross Border Data Transfer

When conducting business, working on projects, or implementing new processes or systems, TMILL may require the transfer of personal data to other TMILL entities or third parties that are located outside of the TMILL's country of business. TMILL will ensure adequate awareness pertaining to data privacy, its importance and implications, through relevant training program to all employees and communication to all its associates/clients/customers to reduce the risk of a privacy breach. The Data Protection Authority will monitor that all employees and the relevant associates/clients/customers processing personal data undergo the privacy awareness program as per defined policies and procedures.
